I’m very much a meat and potatoes girl, but I’ve been exploring vegetarian recipes lately. I also love Indian food and
curry. So, the 30-Minute Vegetarian Indian Cookbook by Mridula Baljekar is just the right book for people like me, “vegetarian curious”. Now, while there are no photos of any food, I have no doubt that in just reading the scrumptious sounding recipes, they will turn out delicious. And I like that they are quick to prepare. I will definitely add this to my cookbook shelf.
Thank you for reading my book reviews!
