Because I’m very interesting the area of Ayurveda as it pertains to skincare, makeup, and hair care, I thought this looked like a great book to also apply the same principles of Ayurveda to cooking. I was right! This book is a great resource for determining what type of “food type” you are and then choosing recipes based on that. And it’s absolutely great for vegetarians. I highly recommend it for anyone’s cookbook collection.
