My belated cooking (new year’s) resolution #4:

 

 

 

Incorporate more Healthy fats and oils into my diet – I love fish, so this will be an easy one for me, although fish can get costly; but I’m willing to make the budgetary sacrifice in order to get the healthy benefits from this food as well as other good fats.
