Very great resource. I was mostly interested in finding out about why the author and health expert chose the foods she did for each phase of the diet. Very informative. It has helped me figure out a plan for weight loss. I was reading the book as I was completing my first week on the plan and it was very helpful. I lost 1.2 lbs during the first week as I still try to make the proper adjustments to make the plan work for me. Lots of “food supplies” upfront to get used to but once I learn to manage the plan it will get much easier. I do think that the book has a few too many extra unnecessary pages of random anecdotes and information but overall, it’s all very helpful and easy to get one started on the Fast Metabolism Diet meal plan. I’m looking forward to the future weight loss.
